What Is Course37?
Course37 lets you run your own branded online learning platform — your courses, your students, your prices, your website, on your own domain. You are not renting a shelf inside somebody else's marketplace. Your institution keeps its own identity, its own student list and its own revenue.
Everything you create lives inside your organization, and no other organization on Course37 can see it.
Why Institutions Use It
Most coaching centres and educators end up stitching together seven or eight separate tools — one for course, one for book, one for video, one for exams, one for collecting payment with installment or without installment through online/offline, a Facebook group for announcements, one for digital attendance, and someone's laptop for the question bank. Nothing talks to anything else, and every month you reconcile it all by hand.
Course37 replaces that stack with one system:
| Instead of | You get |
|---|---|
| Scattered video links and drives | A course builder with modules, videos, PDFs and articles |
| A separate exam tool | Online exams, an organization-wide question bank, and printed OMR sheets scanned automatically |
| Manual fee registers | Enrolments, installments, receipts, revenue analytics and teacher profit-share |
| Paying a developer for a website | A drag-and-drop website builder on your own domain |
| Re-uploading the same video every batch | One shared resource library reused across every course |
| Attendance on paper | Attendance sessions, QR and device-based check-in |
| Chasing students one by one | Bulk SMS and email, plus automation that fires on its own |
What You Can Run on It
- Sell courses — priced, discounted, paid in full or in installments.
- Teach live and on demand — live classes through Zoom, YouTube Live, Google Meet or built-in streaming, alongside recorded video.
- Examine students — online exams and offline OMR answer sheets that the system scans and marks for you.
- Sell books and PDFs — physical stock with courier shipping, or digital-only downloads.
- Take payments — through your own payment gateway, or recorded manually at your desk.
- Publish a website — built from ready-made sections, on your own domain, with your branding.
- Run your staff — teachers, moderators and admins, each seeing only what you permit.
- Reach students on mobile — students get a mobile experience for courses, exams and live classes.
Who It Is For
You pick one of three organization types when you sign up, and it changes which tools appear in your dashboard:
- Coaching Center — for institutions running physical or hybrid batches. Unlocks batches, branches, attendance and OMR.
- Individual Educator — for a single teacher selling their own courses, with completion certificates.
- Online Academy — for delivering academic programs online, at scale.
Complete Setup Guide
Now that you know what you are building, here is the end-to-end path from an empty account to a live platform. Every step below is a summary — each one links to the full article for that area.
Work through it in order. The sequence matters: your curriculum powers your question bank, your question bank powers your exams, and your resource library feeds every course you build afterwards.
Signing up is simply the first door — it takes a minute, and everything above is what you get once you are through it.
Step 1. Create Your Organization
Your organization is your entire workspace. Everything you create later — courses, students, payments, books — belongs to it, and no other organization on Course37 can see it.
- Sign up at course37.com/signup with an email or mobile number, or use Sign in With Google.
- Verify the 6-digit OTP sent to you.
- After logging in you are routed to the setup page. Enter your Organization Name, choose Your Website URL (this becomes your free subdomain, for example
yourname.course37.com), and pick your Organization Type:- Coaching Center — Batches, branches, attendance, OMR
- Individual Educator — Sell your own courses, with certificates
- Online Academy — Academic programs online, at scale
- Accept the terms and click Create Organization.
Choose your Organization Type carefully. It controls which menus appear. Attendance and OMR Template only show up for a Coaching Center. Your 14-day free trial starts the moment the organization is created — no credit card required.

Step 2. Configure Your Organization Profile
Open Organization from the left sidebar, under Platform. You will find six tabs:
- Basic Info: Name, slogan, logo and contact details — these appear on your public website.
- Settings: Global behaviour for the whole platform.
- Domains: Connect your own custom domain instead of the Course37 subdomain.
- SEO: Metadata that controls how your site appears in search results.
- Branches: Your physical locations, if you run any.
- Members: Your staff and their permissions.

Step 3. Add Your Team
Before building content, invite the people who will help you build it. On the Members tab, click Invite Member, enter their email, pick a Role — Member, Moderator or Admin — and tick exactly which Access Modules they may use.
Access modules are the real permission switch. A member sees only the sidebar items you grant them. The organization owner always has full access to everything.
Full guides: Managing Member Roles & Permissions · How to Invite Users · How to Manage Members
Step 4. Build Your Curriculum
Open Curriculum from the left sidebar, under Content. Build the five-level hierarchy top down:
1. Level (e.g., HSC, Job Preparation)
└── 2. Group (e.g., Science, BCS)
└── 3. Subject (e.g., Physics, English Literature)
└── 4. Chapter (e.g., Kinematics, Chapter 4)
└── 5. Topic (e.g., Projectile Motion, Shakespeare)
Do this before anything else. The hierarchy is what lets you tag questions to a chapter, auto-generate an exam from specific topics, filter your resource library, and let students filter courses on your website. Adding it later means re-tagging everything.

Step 5. Create Your First Course
Open Courses from the left sidebar, under Content, and click + Create Course. The dialogue has six tabs — only Course Name is strictly required to save a draft:
- Basic Info — name, description, cover image, promotional video.
- Pricing & Dates — price, original price for strike-through discounts, installment support, start and end dates.
- Class Schedule — the weekly timetable, which later powers automatic live-class creation.
- Top Info — the highlighted selling points shown on the course page.
- Tags — how the course is categorised and filtered.
- Community — your Facebook group, Discord/Telegram and WhatsApp links.
Then open the course and build its Modules. Into each module you add content: a video, a pre-recording, a quiz, a PDF, a link, an assignment, an article, a live session or an embed.

Step 6. Fill Your Resource Library
Open Resources from the left sidebar, under Assessment. This is your organization-wide pool of teaching material, shared across every course, with eight tabs: All Items, Videos, Exams, Live Classes, Assignments, PDFs, Questions and AI Chats.
Upload material here once and attach it to as many course modules as you need, instead of re-uploading the same video for every batch.
Full guides: How to Use the Resources Library · Browse and Filter All Resources
Step 7. Connect Your Integrations
Open Integrations from the left sidebar, under Platform, and connect the outside services your platform depends on: a payment gateway so students can pay you, email and SMS so you can reach them, a live-session provider for online classes, an AI provider, and a courier service for shipping books.
Full guides: Manage Integrations · Payment Gateways · Communication · Live Sessions · AI & LLM · Shipping & Courier
Step 8. Build Your Question Bank and First Exam
Questions live in your organization-wide bank, tagged to the curriculum you built in Step 4. Build the bank first, then assemble exams from it.
- Add questions — manually, by bulk import, or by generating them with AI.
- Create the exam and configure its rules: duration, marks, negative marking and visibility.
- Generate question sets, or enter a manual answer key for an offline paper.
- Publish the exam, then review results.
If you run offline exams, design an OMR Template, print the sheets, then scan and upload them for automatic marking.

Step 9. Add Books and Products
Open Products from the left sidebar. A product can be a physical book, a digital PDF, or both. Set a Physical price for the printed copy and a separate Digital price for digital access, add stock, upload a cover and a sample PDF, and attach the full PDFs students receive after purchase.
Incoming purchases appear under Orders, in the Students group, where you process and ship them.
Full guides: Manage the Product Catalog · Book Orders and Shipping
Step 10. Publish Your Website
Open Website Editor from the left sidebar, under Platform. Run the setup wizard, then build your pages from ready-made sections — hero banners, course grids, testimonials, FAQ, footer and more — and apply your own theme colours and branding.
When you are happy with it, publish, and point your custom domain at it.

Step 11. Enroll Students and Take Payments
Your website is live and your payment gateway is connected — students can now discover your courses and enrol themselves, or you can bring them in yourself. Under Students in the left sidebar you can add students manually, enrol them into courses, record payments, and set up installment plans for students paying over time.
Payments holds the full financial picture: every transaction, outstanding installments, revenue analytics, and the profit share owed to each teacher.

Step 12. Automate, Monitor and Grow
Your platform is live. Now reduce the manual work and keep an eye on it:
- Automation — trigger SMS, email and other actions automatically when something happens, such as a new enrolment or a missed payment.
- Dashboard — your daily metrics, upcoming live classes and quick actions.
- Attendance — session tracking for coaching centres.
- Uses & Plans — your storage, bandwidth and subscription usage against your plan limits.

Plans and Pricing
Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you create your organization — no credit card required. When it ends, pick the plan that matches your size.
Every plan includes the full platform: courses, exams, the question bank, the resource library, books and orders, payments, attendance and the website builder. What changes between plans is how much you can hold and a few advanced capabilities.

Enterprise is the complete solution for large institutions: unlimited courses and videos, 6,000 students, 50 GB of storage, and the only plan that includes API access for connecting Course37 to your own systems.
A few things worth knowing:
- Yearly billing costs less. Switch the monthly / yearly toggle on the pricing page to see the discounted yearly rate and the percentage you save.
- Prices show in your local currency. Readers in Bangladesh see taka; elsewhere the page switches automatically.
- Limits are enforced as you go. When you approach your course, student, storage or video ceiling, the dashboard warns you before anything breaks.
- You can change plan at any time from Uses & Plans in the left sidebar, under Account.
Figures above were correct at the time of writing. course37.com/pricing always shows the live prices and limits.
