Adding a Custom Domain

Replace the default platform URL with your own branded web address.

Adding a Custom Domain

To configure a custom domain for your organization's branding, follow these steps to replace the default URL with your own.

Accessing Domain Settings

  1. Select Organization from the left sidebar of your dashboard.
  2. Click on the Domains tab located at the top of the management section.
  3. At the top of the page, you can see your Current URLs (your default organization URL) and its "Active" status. If you need detailed guidance, you can click the Read Docs button on the top right.

Custom Domain Configuration

  1. In the Custom Domain Configuration section, type your desired custom domain into the input box (for example, gemini.google.com).
  2. Click the green Set button next to the input box to apply the domain.

Setup Instructions

Once you have entered your custom domain, follow the 6-step checklist provided at the bottom of the page to connect it properly:

  1. Set your custom domain above (completed in the previous step).
  2. Generate DNS verification records (this step activates after setting your domain).
  3. Add the TXT record to your domain registrar's DNS settings.
  4. Point your domain's A record to the specific IP address provided on your screen (e.g., 91.98.5.170).
  5. Wait for DNS propagation, which can take up to 24 hours to fully update across the internet.
  6. Click β€œVerify Domain” to complete your setup once the propagation is finished.
