Course37 Registration and Login Procedure

There are two available methods to create an account on the Course37 platform: manual registration via Email/Mobile, or Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google.
Option 1: Registration via Email or Mobile Number
Step 1: Enter Account Details Navigate to the signup page and fill in the required fields:
- Name: Your full name.
- Email or Mobile: Enter a valid email address or mobile phone number.
- Password & Confirm Password: Create a secure password.
- Visibility: Click the eye icon to toggle the password visibility (hide/show) while typing.
- Security Requirements: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. For optimal security, it is highly recommended to use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Step 2: Submit Registration Click the Sign up button to proceed.
Step 3: Account Verification (OTP) Upon clicking sign up, a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) verification code will be dispatched to your provided email or mobile number.
- Locate the 6-digit code in your inbox or messages.
- Input the code into the verification box.
- Click Verify OTP & Continue.
Troubleshooting & Warnings: If you do not receive the code, click Resend verification code. Please wait patiently for the code to arrive. Warning: Do not intentionally request multiple verification codes in quick succession, as this may result in your IP or account being temporarily blocked by the system.
Step 4: Login Redirection Once verification is successful, the system will automatically redirect you to the login page: https://course37.com/login.
Option 2: Registration via Google (SSO)
For a faster, seamless experience, you can bypass the manual signup form entirely.
- Click the Sign in With Google button.
- Select your Google account and allow the requested permissions when prompted.
- If you do not already have an account, the system will automatically register and sign you up using your Google credentials. There is no separate signup button required for Google users.
The Login Process & Post-Login Redirection

Logging In:
- Google Users: Simply click Sign in With Google for instant access.
- Email/Mobile Users: Enter your registered email or mobile number and your password. For enhanced security, an OTP will be sent to your email/mobile upon logging in. Enter the OTP and click Sign in.
System Routing After Login: Upon a successful login, the system evaluates your account status and routes you accordingly:
- New Accounts: If you have not yet configured your organization, you will be redirected to the setup wizard at https://course37.com/setup.
- Existing Accounts: If your organization is already set up, you will be directed straight to your main dashboard at https://course37.com/dashboard.
Organization Setup Procedure

If you are a new user and have not yet configured your organization, you will be automatically routed to this setup page after logging in. Follow these steps to initialize your platform:
Step 1: Enter Organization Details Fill in the foundational details for your institution:

| Organization Name | Enter the official or operating name of your business (e.g., "Udvash Inc"). |
| Your Website URL | Create a short identifier or "slug" for your platform (e.g., udvash, retina, or medico-ct). Until you connect your own custom domain later, your platform will be hosted on a Course37 subdomain using this identifier (e.g., udvash.course37.com). |
| Organization Type | Select the category that best fits your operational model: Online Platform (exclusively for delivering online courses and digital content), Coaching Center (for institutions conducting a hybrid of both online and offline physical classes), or Educational Institution (designed for traditional formal schooling, such as a School, College, or University). |
Step 2: Finalize Creation Click the Create Organization button to save your configurations.
Step 3: Proceed to Dashboard Upon successful creation, the system will redirect you to your main administrative control panel at https://course37.com/dashboard.
You have now successfully created your organization's workspace. From inside the dashboard, you can begin the next phases of setup, such as designing your website and publishing your first courses.
